Villa Panorama 2.0 is engineered for maximized vista engagement, featuring a concave panoramic glass façade spanning the main living wall — creating a spatial experience that exceeds its actual footprint. SVECO Sweden adopted a spatial strategy that aligns the entrance axis directly with the expansive view, reinforcing a strong connection between interior and landscape. Technical implementation included: High-performance panoramic glazing engineered for Nordic climate conditions and enhanced thermal insulation. Integrated under-floor heating linked to a central fireplace in the living zone, offering balanced thermal comfort. Open-plan living area combining living room, kitchen with island, and private sleeping wings, designed for light penetration and minimised mechanical heating needs.
